1、幼儿园建构区幼儿自主游戏的教师支持研宄研究生姓名:张鹏 导师姓名:侯莉敏教授学科专业:学前教育学 研宄方向:学前教育基本理论年 级:2014级中文摘要游戏伴随着幼儿的发展,幼儿也在游戏中不断成长。幼儿在建构区进行的游戏对幼儿 发展具有重要价值。在观察幼儿园建构区游戏时研宄者发现,幼儿的自主游戏在建构区尤 为特殊。幼儿进入建构区后自觉主动的与环境发生互动,利用游戏材料建构各式各样的作 品,其在游戏中表现出的专注令人称奇。但幼儿在游戏中由于他自身所具有的的缺陷,许 多问题和困难是难以脱离教师而独自解决的。所以教师对于他们自主游戏的支持是必须 的,也是必要的。不过自主游戏与其他游戏存在差异,他更注重
2、幼儿自主。因此研究者认 为教师在对建构区幼儿自主游戏的支持也应该是经过计划和安排的,是具有独特性的。本研宄选择桂林市一所较为典型的幼儿园作为观察对象,站在幼儿游戏和幼儿发展需 求的基础上,深入幼儿园进行实地观察。围绕建构区幼儿自主游戏教师支持的两个方面: 提供物质环境支持和提供心理环境支持,利用观察记录表去记录幼儿和教师的行为,并收 集幼儿在建构区发生自主游戏时教师对他们提供支持的案例。进而去分析幼儿园建构区的 幼儿自主游戏教师提供支持的现状,从中找出目前在教师对于建构区幼儿自主游戏支持存 在的问题,并对产生问题的原因进行探析,最后据此提出提高建构区幼儿自主游戏教师支 持有效性的几点建议。通过
3、研究后得出,目前在幼儿园建构区幼儿自主游戏教师支持存在的问题主要有:第 一,建构游戏时间安排缺乏合理规划和设计;第二,建构区空间密度的控制缺乏实际考量; 第三,建构材料投放盲目性、层次性弱:第四,心理氛围的营造易受教师自身情绪的影响; 第五,教师对幼儿的建构游戏行为观察不足、干预过度。通过对存在问题进行归因分析后 得出目前幼儿园建构区教师对幼儿自主游戏提供支持存在问题有:第一,教师对幼儿自主 游戏的认识不足;第二,教师专业素养不够,难以提供科学支持;第三,幼儿园机制体制 的限制;第四,幼儿的个体差异。基于对建构区幼儿自主游戏的教师支持存在的问题及原因的分析,研宄者认为教师应 该从以下几个方面来
