7、表示的动作的承受者, 即过去分词表示的动作不是句子的主语发出的,所以过去分词与主语 之间是动宾关系,即被动关系。二、过去分词作状语时与状语从句的转换【经典例句】阅读以下句子,注意过去分词作状语时转化为何种状语从句。(As they were) Encouraged by the speech, the young people made up their minds to take up the struggle.受到演讲的鼓舞,年轻人 决定起来斗争。(原因状语)(If I am) Given another chance, I will never miss it again. 如果再次得到

9、那位体育老师站在操场 中间,被一群学生围着。(伴随状语)【自我归纳】通过阅读以上句子,我们发现过去分词短语转化为条件、原因、 让步及时间等状语从句时,大多放在句首,并可转换为相应的附属连 词(如 if、unless、as、because、when after 等)引导的状语 从句。需要注意的是,状语从句的谓语动词要用被动结构。过去分词 作伴随状语,一般放在句末,常转换为并列结构;作方式状语,可放在 句末或句首,常转换为并列结构或由as if引导的从句;作让步状语, 可放在句首或句末,常转换为though或although引导的让步状语从 句。三、过去分词作状语时应注意的其他问题【基础盘点】L过
10、去分词作状语,有时前面带有连词,是状语从句的省略形式,其中 省去了从句的主语和be动词,通常其主语与主句的主语相同。When (it is) heated, water will boil.水被加热就会沸腾。She won t go to the party, unless (she is) invited. 她不会 去晚会,除非受到邀请。2.过去分词与句子的主语在逻辑上是动宾关系,改为时间、条件、原 因、让步、方式状语从句时,从句的谓语动词应用被动语态(表示伴随 情况多改为“and +并列谓语”),而现在分词与其逻辑主语那么是主谓 关系。3,过去分词作状语时,过去分词的逻辑主语要与句子的主语
